Professionals joining our network undergo a verification process. RidershipTalent does not employ talent directly but facilitates connections between parties.

3. Employer Terms

Organizations posting requirements agree to provide accurate project descriptions. Engagement terms are agreed directly between the employer and the professional.

4. Fees & Payments

Platform fees are included in quoted rates. No upfront fees for employers. Professionals receive payment directly from the engaging organization.

5. Confidentiality

All project details and professional profiles are treated as confidential. Information is shared only between matched parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

RidershipTalent facilitates connections but is not liable for project outcomes, deliverables, or disputes between parties.

We facilitate matching, verification, and engagement but are not a party to any employment or consulting agreement between clients and professionals.

Platform fees are disclosed prior to engagement. All payments for professional services are processed through the Platform. Professionals set their own rates, and RidershipTalent charges a platform service fee included in the quoted pricing.

All project details, data, and deliverables shared through the Platform are treated as confidential. Professionals agree to non-disclosure terms as part of their onboarding. Clients retain full ownership of their data and project outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

RidershipTalent acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of work performed by professionals on the Platform. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
